Description of Issue

Is there a way to create a rule in ExecuTime that will flag a transaction that uses a specific GL account and no project code, and require a project code be entered?

Resolution
  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Policies & Rules Engine

  3. Select JDC Policy 

  4. Select the pencil for the existing policy 

  5. Use the action column drop down to select Require

  6. Use the field drop down to select Project  

  7. Use the condition drop down to select If user enters

  8. Use the target drop down to select GL Account 

  9. Select Save
