How to change the Signature Title on permits

The signature on the Building or Trade Permit is correct, but the printed name below the signature needs to be changed. 

• Enterprise ERP (Munis)

• Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms)

• Standard Enterprise Forms Templates

• Permits

• TylerForms

• ReadyForms Template Configuration Page

The standard ReadyForms template(s) for permits have Signature Title fields that accompany the signatures. When configured, they will show the name in plain text below the signature.

To change the signature title on permits, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Enterprise Forms Template Configuration Page (ReadyForms Template Configuration Page) and open the permit template(s) that need the change

2. In this page, navigate to the Form Design tab

3. Click on the section Permit to expand and show the options Form Title, Signature Title 1, Signature Title 2, Signature Title 3

4. Enter the name of the signatory in the appropriate Signature Title section

   • Please note, if there are multiple signatures on the form, please be sure to match the signature numbers to the signature title numbers
