Description of Issue

Need to change the title for the animal license in Enterprise Forms

Cause

Having the title changed on their animal license was desired.



Resolution


  1. Open Tyler Hub menu, go to ReadyForms>ReadyForms Administration

  2. Find Licensing>Animal License on the left side of the page, and click it.

  3. Select the template you would like to change.

  4. Click the Form Design tab.

  5. Click on the License drop down, and type in the name that is desired.

  6. Click the Save button to save the change to your Form.
