Description of Issue

No environments are visible after signing in to https://muniscloud.tylerhost.net/

  • Munis (EERP)

  • Cloud Admin Administration

  • AWS Hosting



Cause

The Database Management Resource needs to be added to the Cloud Admin Administrator role. 



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Saas for further assistance in the Support Portal.
