Description of Issue

Need assistance with removing Org Admin rights from a user in Admin Center



Context

  • Admin Center

  • TID-W

  • Organization Admin



Cause

Need to remove Organizational Admin permissions



Resolution

  1. Login to Admin Center as an existing Org Admin https://<clientIdentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/dashboard

  2. Roles>Organization Admin

  3. Click the trash can to delete the user
