Journal Import amounts inconsistent when using Insert a Decimal point when missing option

Journal Import option 'Insert a decimal point when missing' is inconsistent 

Some journals import values correctly while others do not

Custom or incorrect formatting on Import File. 

Review import files. Establish a standard for importing if multiple users are importing journals through the Import Journals program to help eliminate inconsistencies with imported files. All cells in import file should be formatted as either Text or General. 

If amounts already have a decimal point in the import file, do not use the option 'Insert a decimal point when missing'.
