EERP Error - Method putDocuments2 throws tyler.empire.document.DocumentException

Description of Issue

When attempting to submit a document to Tyler Content Manager from the Saved Reports page. within Tyler Hub, in AWS hosted Enterprise ERP the error listed above is thrown:   Method 'putDocuments2' throws: tyler.empire.document.DocumentException: putDocument() failed, id=DOCXXXX .

Cause

The File System Storage has been set up incorrectly, the File System Storage folder is missing entirely, the File Gateway server is unavailable, or some combination of the three.



Resolution

Contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal
