Display issue within Time and Attendance



Description of Issue

After logging into Time and Attendance, the tabs are missing their colors, completely black and white with no color to them, and the pages aren't displaying correctly.

Under F12 in the Network tab, when logged into Time and Attendance, there are ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors against some URLs.

When browsing to the URLs, there is a This site can't be reached error and ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error

Cause

The Tyler Forge CDN that serves up the files that style the page is being blocked on the server.



Resolution

The following URLs will need to be allowed on the server where Time and Attendance is installed for the tabs and application to display properly. 

If further assistance is needed, please create a case with TSMTA and reference this article. 



Additional Information

The https://js.arcgis.com/4.6 link is for the geo location functionality. Arc gis is the library Time and Attendance use to support that functionality. 

All of the provided URLs should resolve on the server where the Time and Attendance is installed.
