Description of Issue

In non-production environments, emails are not being received by intended recipients

Cause

DocOrigin is designed to not send to the emails listed in the data when processing in Non-production environments. 



Resolution

The forms are still being emailed to a static email address defined on the forms server, likely to the same email as your from address. Please check that address, or reach out to EERP forms support if you would like to know the address your form is being sent to or if you would like to change the static address on your server.
