Resolution

To create a new Account Number you can follow the below steps:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Job Costing 

  3. Select Account Number 

  4. Select ( + ) to add a new Account Number 

  5. Enter a Name and Description 

  6. Check Active 

  7. Select Save 



Additional Information

If you want just one group of employees to have access to the Account Number you will want to select save and add access rule in order to give the group of employees access to the Account Number.
