Journal Import - Unable to import journal - DateTime data found with invalid format at cell

When importing a journal through the Import Journals program, the following error occurs:

Excel cell formatting incompatible

Excel cell formatting must be updated to be compatible with import by using text or other that will not enter time data

Text is the suggested cell format for excel imports into EERP
