Description of Issue

Inspector is being scheduled for inspections on weekend days by CSS users



Context

Cause

Inspector is not assigned to a system calendar which is setup to define weekend days



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Permits and Code Enforcement > Setup > Inspections/Violations > Inspectors

  2. Select or search for an Inspector

  3. Click Update

  4. Use the ellipsis on the Calendar ID field and choose a calendar from the list

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click Accept again

  7. Repeats steps 2-7 until all inspectors have been updated
