Time and Attendance gives an ERR EMPTY RESPONSE in web browser

Description of Issue

When browsing to T&A, the application doesn't load, and the browser gives an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error.

Cause

This is an issue with the pool member being in the wrong pool in the F5 load balancer for the specific public URL of said environment(s) that's returning the browser error

Create a case with TSMTA and reference this article.
