Remove Fields from the Applicant Profile Page on ESS

The Applicant Profile page in ESS is asking for information they do not need until an offer is made

• Enterprise ERP

• Human Capital Management

• Human Resources

• Recruiting

• Recruiting Settings

There are no fields noted in the MSS Profile Access Tab

The MSS Profile Access tab is defined as the place where you can specify fields to exclude from the MSS Applicant Profile screen

To define fields: 

1. Go to Enterprise ERP> Human Capital Management> Recruiting> Recruiting Settings

2. Select the MSS Profile Access Tab

3. Click Update

4. Add in the fields you would like to remove from view on the Applicant Profile

5. Click Accept
