Options for Printing Net 0 Pay Records

What options do I have to handle Net 0 (Zero) Pay Records in Payroll?

• Payroll Start and Status

• Print Payroll Checks/Advices

• Payroll Control Settings

1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Setup>Payroll Control Settings. 

2. Locate Category Check: Print Net 0 Pay Records. Double click on that line. 

3. Click Update.

4. Choose value from dropdown:

   1. A: Print all net 0 records as a direct deposit advice

   2. C: Print all net 0 records as a check

   3. D: Print Normally

   4. N: Never print net 0 records

5. Click Accept.
