Description of Issue

CM IDoc reindexing fails with the error Failed to index documents no such method: update_java.lang.String_java.util.Collection_boolean 



Context

  • Content Manager (CM)

  • Reindex

  • CM full client



Cause

The searchdb port is duplicate to another environment. Most likely cause is from a refresh of one CM Database to another



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS in the Support Portal
