How To Give Employees Access To Reports
Description of Issue
An employee cannot view the Reporting tab.
Context
ExecuTime
Reporting
Cause
Employee does not have access to the Reporting tab on their role.
Resolution
Select System Admin
Select Security & Permissions
Select the pencil for the role of the employee in question
Select Menu Access
Scroll down and check the box next to Reporting
Select Save on Menu Access as well as the Employee Access, Other, and Notifications tab
Additional Information
Note that this will show the Reporting tab to any employees tied to the role.
