EnterpriseForms Purchase Order not duplexing

Description of Issue

When Purchase Orders are printed using EnterpriseForms the backer is not printing on the back of the purchase order

Cause

The purchase order template is not using the pcl output type



Resolution

  1. Open Tyler Hub menu, go to ReadyForms>ReadyForms Administration

  2. Find Purchasing>Purchase Order Template on the left side of the page, and click it

  3. Select the template you would like to change

  4. Select PCL from the Output Type dropdown

  5. Click Save
