Using MSGraph for email relay with Office 365

Description of Issue

Looking to use MSGraph as Multi-Factor Authentication for Office 365

Context

Cause

Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange are encouraging users to use MFA and are discontinuing some Basic Auth services.

Resolution
  1. Go to System Administration >  General Administration > System Settings
  2. Click on the Email tab 
  3. Click on Update the Current Data Record button
  4. Under Outgoing Email Settings select the third radio button from the top, Use the MSGraph Rest API to send mail
  5. If not yet configured, configure MSGraph settings.
