Rate of base pay defaulted to zero when moved from Time Entry to Earnings and Deductions

Employee time imported into Time Entry with a rate, but when it was moved into payroll, the rate defaulted to zero. Manual changes were made in Earnings and Deductions to update the rate. Error shows on Time Entry history: Error: Unable to locate Employee's Position

The Position Number for the employee on the entered time reads 0, but the Employee has an actual Position Number on their Employee Job/Salary record (ex. 5986). When the time is moved, the system cannot match the imported information with what is present in Munis, and the rate defaults to 0.

If the Employee's setup in Employee Job/Salary is correct (proper dates, position, job class, etc) and it's still pulling in a 0 rate - System Defect

Use Pay from ExecuTime dated on the Position End Date in Employee Job Salary shows Position 0000000 in Pending Time Entry
