Purchase Order Print XML adds extra characters in DetailDescription

Adding certain special characters to fields on a Purchase Order, such as the General Description or Detail Description, produces extra characters in the XML file. For example, in the Line Detail description, if this is entered, "Testing Symbols ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ ~ ` { } [ ] \", the XML file will contain extra characters in DetailDescription.
