Unable to reverse Gen AR for NH Tax

Description of Issue

Getting an error when attempting to reverse a Generate AR for RE or PP taxes in New Hampshire.

The Tax year and AR category must be defined so a list of batches are displayed and at least one batch must be selected.

Cause

Resolution

Development is researching the issue. There is no workaround.
