Description of Issue

VA or ME Generate Accounts Receivable fails with an error for Personal Property after clicking Process.

  • Program stopped at AdjustmentEngine.4gl.

  • FORMS statement error number 1326.

  • An array variable has been referenced outside of its specified dimensions.

  • A FATAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED IN txgnarse.

Cause

This specific error is caused by a bad data condition. When the Number of Installments is reduced on the Tax Year Settings record, the InstallmentDetail record is left out there. If you Copy Tax Year Settings to a new Year or Cycle, the unused InstallmentDetail record carries over as an unused Installment Number 0.



Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue.
