Description of Issue

Need to store a Cloud Admin Refresh Backup for longer than seven days.

Cause

Refresh backups are held for 3 days, then automatically deleted.  If the file is needed, please requested a transfer to your network via Kiteworks

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal.
