Runtime Error in ESS Hosting - trust relationship error

Description of Issue

When attempting to access ESS Hosting it presents Server Error in '/esshosting' Application Runtime Error looking in the error log presets the following detailed error: The trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed.

Cause

Allowed .NET Authorization Group does not match an existing group name in Active Directory



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for assistance in the Support Portal
