Error received in Versatrans when submitting a trip but GL account looked to have enough budget

This trip cannot be submitted due to insufficient funds

• Versatrans Triptracker (VTTT)
• integration
• Budget Availability Check

• GL Account does not have adequate available budget displaying for fiscal year in question when looking in Account Inquiry
• GL Account tied to rollup group and need to group by rollup to see sum of available budget
• GL Account's ORG is setup to calculate available budget by ORG code in chart of account segments or chart manager.  
  • Need to group by ORG in account inquiry, sum totals to see true available budget

Review GL Account in Account Inquiry to see what is available for for fiscal year and contact Financial Support if any questions.
