Can motor vehicle abatements be imported

Can a file of Motor Vehicle abatements be imported? 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Abatement Entry (txabtent)
• Motor Vehicle
• Abatement Import

Would like to know if Motor Vehicle abatements can be imported instead of manually entered. 

The functionality to import Motor Vehicle abatements (Accounts Receivable Category 30 Bills) does not currently exist.
