How to limit access to General Billing Settings

Looking to limit users from updating General Billing Settings.

• The Update button is missing in GB Settings.

• General Billing

• Accounts Receivable

• General Billing Settings

• Roles

You can limit maintenance to the General Billing Settings program. This is a Role based permission. Users assigned to the Role with still have access to view information on screen, but unable to Update. 

Note: Requires Administration permissions to change.

1. Navigate to: System Administration > Security > Roles

2. Search for the Role to change.

3. Click the Accounts Receivable folder.

4. Click Update.

5. Unselect the Maintain AR Settings checkbox.

6. Click Accept.
