Can personal property abatements be imported

Can a file of Personal Property abatements be imported? 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Abatement Entry (txabtent)
• Personal Property
• Abatement Import

Would like to know if Personal Property abatements can be imported instead of manually entered. 

The functionality to import Personal Property abatements (Accounts Receivable Category 25 Bills) does not currently exist.
