PO/AP Cubes are failing on nightly scheduled jobs due to duplicate key value on ContractItemDim Description value

Description of Issue

Cubes jobs are scheduled to run nightly, but are failing on step 4 which is PO/AP. When manually processed the PO/AP cube directly, we return an error on a duplicate key value for the ContractItemDim tables Description column.

This is a Munis defect



Resolution

Please install MUN-461033 when available



Additional Information

Previous errors regarding this style of failure have been fixed under MUN-432542 - handling errors relating to truncating the description; while this article refers specifically to duplicate key values, both work tickets should be installed.


Specific errors from the aforementioned work tickets:


Errors in the OLAP storage engine: A duplicate attribute key has been found when processing: Table: 'dob_ContractItemDim', Column: 'Description', Value ' Health Dept HP-Room 205'. The attribute is 'Description'. - MUN-461033
