Newly added asset type is not displaying in Asset Types program

Added an asset type and it is not showing up in the Asset Types program

Error received when attempting to add a new asset type:
This department code, asset category and asset type already exists.

• Enterprise Asset Management

• EAM

User did not have data access permission for administrative department listed on asset type

Include administrative department on asset type in user's data access permissions
