Report the risk codes that display in Employee Job Salary

Description of Issue

How can I run a report showing the risk codes in Employee Job Salary?

Cause

Resolution

User can export the records to Excel.  Then filter in Excel as needed.

  1. Access Employee Job Salary (Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary)

  2. Click Search > enter search parameters > click Accept

    1. For instance, may select Active for the Status, Current for the Search Period, and check Base Pay box on the Cycles/Other tab

  3. Click Excel 

  4. Select Export Job/Salary Info > click Ok

  5. Check the fields needed in the Export Filter screen, including Risk Code

  6. Click Save and Exit
