Description of Issue

  • We receive the following error when opening some programs: Unable to locate 'MU_APPSTORAGE' directory. Contact software support.



Context

  • Munis

  • App Storage



Cause

The MU_APPSTORAGE directory is not in the proper location as defined in the Munis XCFs or the XCF entries for its location are incorrect. Incorrect folder access permissions to the directory can cause this error as well.
