Description of Issue

Output options Excel or PDF not working for YTD Available Budget



Context

  • SSRS Reports

  • YTD Available Budget

  • Output (PDF, Excel)



Cause

  • No data available. The "Search" option was not used or it returned no data

  • Pop up blocker



Resolution

Ensure user selects a record set of accounts when doing selection criteria before trying to apply report options and triggering output of results.

Contact Financials General Ledger Support if user continues to have issue



Additional Information

  • Have others users attempt process

  • Have user try from a known working workstation to confirm if issue stays with workstation or follows user
