Can we update the Current Access Level on a posted Budget Projection? 

Current access level unavailable for update on projections in Posted status

Define/Start Budget Projection

Projection is in Posted Status

This field is only responsible for limiting what levels users can or can not update during budget preparation. Since no changes to projection data can be made after posting, the field is not available for update.
