Post Payroll Under Time Balancing

Description of Issue

An employee's leave request is still in a transferred status instead of being processed.



Context

Cause

The Two Step Move to Payroll is enabled and while the pay period was moved to payroll, it had not yet been posted within Time & Attendance.



Resolution

To Post Payroll In Time & Attendance:

  1. Select Payroll Functions

  2. Select Time Balancing

  3. Select the correct pay period (Previous or History)

    1. If History is selected, use the pay period range drop down to select the correct period

  4. Select Payroll Posted

  5. The page should refresh with a confirmation message that the employees were posted.
