Customer needs to know the password requirements for TID-C

- Citizen Self Service

- Vendor Self Service

- Tyler ID Community
- TID-C
Resolution
- Passwords at least 8 characters
- 1 number with an uppercase letter
- Cannot use last 10 previous passwords
- No time limit on passwords
Additional Information
After 10 unsuccessful attempts account will be locked out, account will unlock automatically after 1 hour
