Description of Issue

Print button is greyed out in SSRS.



Context

  • 2016 SQL Server SP1

  • SSRS



Cause

The print button may become unavailable after installing SP1 for SQL Server 2016



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal. 



Additional Information

As a work around, export the report as a .pdf
