Overtime hours not pulling into Project Budget Report



Description of Issue
  • Running a Project Budget Report but overtime hours worked by user do not pull into the report

  • Regular hours display on the report



Context
  • Project Budget Report

  • Project Expense Inquiry



Cause

This is expected functionality. Base pay and Absence/Accrual will pull into the Project Budget Report but Overtime hours do not



Resolution

Employee Activity Report can be run which includes full breakdown including Overtime hours

Financials > General Ledger > Project Accounting > Projects/Inquiry > Project Expense Inquiry

  1. Search for the project string

  2. Click Employee Detail in the ribbon

  3. Enter Date Range or Project Year

  4. Review the string data. Confirm that the hours missing from the report are categorized as Overtime by reviewing Employee name, hours, pay, and description columns

  5. Click Employee Activity Report in the ribbon and follow the prompts to output report
