Generate Charges Unknown error on insert utsmbsbj

I ran Generate Charges and clicked on Miscellaneous Charges and received an error - Unknown error on insert utsmbsbj -4630 status -268 [ISAM -2627]

The issue has to do with the use of multiple processing ranges during Generate Charges and how Munis is handling the selection of misc charges and subject to.

Issue was corrected under MUN-463437.

Work around: Click on ok as many times as there are miscellaneous charges for each account to get through the message. This does not prevent the misc charges (or their associated subject-tos) from generating in since they've already been created prior to the insert error, despite what the browse of errors at the generate indicates.
