Enterprise ERP Attachments Missing After Upgrade



Description of Issue
  • After a server transfer and/or upgrading our version of Enterprise ERP (Munis), our attachments are no longer available

  • Attachments are missing after a SaaS flip.

  • Generic Attachments cannot be seen after upgrade. Cut-to-live (CTL) was last week, we noticed that we cannot see any generic attachments.

Cause

The attachment files located on the old Application server were not transferred to the new Application server during the time of the upgrade. The files are located under (Data drive):\musys\attach_(environment)

Ex: The D:\musys\attach_prod folder on the old server has 26,000 files. However, the E:\musys\attach_prod folder on the new server is empty and attachments are unavailable for access within Enterprise ERP programs.



Resolution

Contact your Deployment engineer, or the Tyler Systems Management team for assistance with migrating the attachments to the new server
