Requested attachment type mapping not found message returned when adding Requisition Attachments

End users are attempting to attach documents to their requisitions and returning Requested attachment type mapping not found despite not using TCM mappings for attachments; i.e. the TylerCM for Munis Settings are set to Use Munis Server for archiving Munis attachments.
