Description of Issue

Escrow payout payroll decrements remaining salary in error

Cause

Site running Update Remaining Amounts step at the end of Payroll Processing

Resolution

Running Update Remaining Amounts will decrement the remaining salaries in Employee Job Salary.  Do not run Update Remaining Amounts at the end of Payroll Processing.

Additional Information

If have a separate run type for these payrolls, then check Update Remaining Amounts as a required step in the Payroll Control Settings.  Updating payroll required steps and generate defaults
