Need to copy an existing Position Control Number

Need to create a new Position Control Number by copy an existing Position Control Number, but do not see a copy button.

The Copy feature in Position Control has been replaced with the Duplicate feature. Allowing user to create a new position control number with existing information from another position control number. 

1. From Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Position Control and Budgeting > Position Control

2. Select Search and put in the position control number you want to copy

3. Select Duplicate on the top ribbon 

4. Update the Effective Date and the Position Control Number to reflect the appropriate date and numerical sequence

5. Update any other fields that may not be accurate

6. Select Accept
