Running The Regenerate Holidays Job Removes Previously Created Holidays From Users



Description of Issue

The regenerate holiday job removes holiday schedules when more than 1 holiday schedules exists, meaning only 1 holiday schedules is displayed at a time for users.

Cause




Resolution

In order to prevent the Holiday Schedules from being removed:

This has been addressed in the latest version by Development 2023.1.0 - Please reach out to Support in order to get a ticket created for upgrade. timeandattendance@tylertech.com

Disable the scheduled job until upgrade has been preformed:

  1. Login with admin rights

  2. Navigate to System Admin

  3. Select Scheduled System Jobs

  4. Click the pencil icon for Regenerate Holidays

  5. Uncheck Active

  6. Click Save
