Work Orders created from Enterprise Service Requests show incorrect timestamp in comments

Enterprise Service Requests that create a work order are displaying an incorrect time stamp on the work order comments. 

• Work Order Management shows 00:00

• Field Work shows 12:00 AM

Install MUN-463647 once it becomes available

Workarounds:

• In Work Order Management > Miscellaneous tab the Audit section correctly displays date and time

• In Field Work > Assignment/Date the Creation Date correctly displays the date and time
