Unable to delete General Billing Customer record



Description of Issue

Unable to delete General Billing customers associated with UB Customers when historical data exists. When clicking the Delete button, no Confirm Delete window pops up.

Cause

Undetermined



Resolution

When the Utility Billing account/customer associated with the General Billing customer record has no historical data and is deleted first, the General Billing customer can then be deleted.

Additionally, customer records can be inactivated by clicking Update, unchecking the Active checkbox, and clicking Accept.
