Unable to enable permission Maintain pending actions (Workflow Superuser) in Role

The permission Maintain pending actions (Workflow Superuser) is grayed out when attempting to update a role and enable that permission

• System Administration

• Security 

• Roles

Restrict to 'Public Access' use only is enabled on the Role

To resolve: 

1. Locate the Role that needs the permission

   1. (System Administration> Security> Roles)

2. Select the Munis System folder

3. Click Update

4. Unflag the Restrict to Public Access use only

   field

   1. This will make the

      Maintain pending actions (Workflow Superuser) editable

5. Flag Maintain pending actions (Workflow Superuser)

• Restrict to Public Access use only also grays out

  • Customize Munis screen forms

  • Allowed to view database detail 

  • Allowed to view system detail

  • Scheduler Engine Administrator
