Deleting Deductions in Payroll Earnings and Deductions stuck Loading - Already Loaded MUN-462022

Description of Issue

When trying to delete a deduction in Payroll on the Withholding tab, the screen shows loading and spins without closing. I have to force close the program and go back into Earnings and Deductions. The deduction is deleted, but I have to force close each time. We have already installed MUN-462022 with a very similar issue.

System Defect 



Resolution

Regardless If MUN-462022 was loaded in build 2019.1.22.2850:

MUN-463156 needs to be loaded in build 2019.1.22.2892 to correct the issue. There is no workaround.
