How to find the URL for Cashiering

User does not have Cashiering URL



Context

  • Tyler Cashiering

  • Cashiering installation



Cause

Resolution

  • Version 2021+ client application is accessed via a web browser. The URL ends in /ui.web

  • Version 2019.3 and lower is accessed via a desktop client. The URL ends in /hosting

  • This URL can typically be found in your site report, obtained from your IT department, or found in Tyler Deploy


  1. Log into Tyler Deploy

  2. From the left side menu, navigate to Site Report

  3. Select applicable Environment from the dropdown

  4. Scroll down to Tyler Cashiering Server

  5. Copy the URL under CashieringUrl AppSettings

    1. The URL should take this form: https://FQDN/xxxxx/cashiering/ui.web

    2. Ex: https://tylertown.com/test/cashiering/ui.web

  6. 2019.3 and lower:

    1. Remove ui.web from end of URL and replace with hosting

    2. Ex: https://tylertown.com/test/cashiering/hosting
